Using my orders, show me my top 20 customers by total spend. For each one, include their email, order count, average order value and when they last ordered. Then list any customers who used to order every month but have not ordered in the last 90 days.

Read our shopper chats from the last 30 days and find the ones about refunds, billing, cancellations or problems with an order. Tell me how many of each you found and show a short example of each. Then propose escalation settings for the chat assistant: which of those topics should go straight to a human, a short line of extra guidance for anything else sensitive you saw, and the email address that should get escalated chats. Show me the settings first and wait for my OK before you save them.

Ranks wholesale customers by lifetime spend and moves the top ones into a higher-tier role after you check the list.
List my wholesale customers in the [wholesale_customer] role, sorted by lifetime spend, highest first. Show the top [15] with their name, email, lifetime spend and last order date. Tell me if the list was cut short. Suggest who should move into the [gold_wholesale] role. Wait for my OK on the names. Warn me that this replaces every role the customer holds now, so skip anyone who is also staff. Then move only the ones I confirm.

Works out why a customer's store credit looks wrong from the full history, then fixes it with a clear note.
A customer with the email [email] says their store credit balance is wrong. Find them, show their current balance and their store credit history for the last 6 months, and explain each entry in plain words. Tell me if anything looks like a mistake, like a double refund or a missing credit. If a fix is needed, show me the exact increase or decrease and the note you will add, and wait for my OK. After I approve, make the change and email the customer about it.

Show me my top 20 wishlist customers with their number of wishlists, items saved, items purchased, conversion rate, total spent, last activity and VIP status. Point out customers who save a lot but rarely buy. Then list my email automations that are not tied to a single product, and let me pick one. Show me who will get it and wait for my OK before you send it to each customer.

A customer asked me to share their wishlist, ID [wishlist ID], with [email addresses]. First check my shared wishlists and tell me if this one is already shared, and with whom. Then show me the email you will send, with this message: [message]. Wait for my OK before you send any emails. After you send it, give me the share link so I can paste it in my reply.

Finds members whose access came from an order you refunded, so nobody keeps paid access for free.
Find orders refunded in the last [number] days and skip guest orders. For each customer on those orders, list their memberships and show any membership whose order ID matches the refunded order, with the plan name, status and start date. Show me the list and wait for my OK. Deleting a membership removes the customer's access and cannot be undone, so only delete the ones I confirm.

A customer with the email [email] says they cannot access members-only content. Find their customer ID from their orders. Then list all their memberships with plan name, status, start date, end date, and any paused or cancelled date. Tell me which plan should give them access, and whether it is expired, paused, delayed or cancelled. Suggest what I should do next, but do not change anything.
