A quick health check on which of your store content is indexed, pending or failing in StoreAgent memory.
Check the StoreAgent AI memory status for my store. Tell me how many products, pages and posts are indexed, pending or failed. For anything that failed, show me the reason in plain English, and if anything has failed, re-run the sync for that content type after checking with me.

Lists every membership plan with its settings, so drafts and half-finished plans stand out.
List every membership plan in my store, including drafts. For each plan, get its full details and show me the name, status and its key access settings. Flag any plan that is still a draft or looks half set up, and give me a short table I can scan.

Gives the chat assistant your brand colors, a name and a greeting that sounds like your store, instead of the defaults.
Read the current settings of our StoreAgent chat assistant and our site name and tagline. Our brand colors are [primary hex] and [secondary hex]. Suggest a friendly assistant name, a short greeting that fits our store, an input placeholder and a status line. Set the launcher, header and send button colors to match our brand and keep the text readable. Show me the old and new values side by side and wait for my OK before you change anything.

Makes sure the chat assistant has learned your products and pages before shoppers can talk to it, then turns it on.
Before we turn on the StoreAgent chat assistant, check how far the AI memory sync has got and give me the indexed, failed and pending counts for each content type. List any items that failed with the error message. If most of our products and pages are indexed, tell me it is ready and turn the chat assistant on after I say OK. If it is not ready, tell me what to fix first and leave it off.

Adds your blog posts, pages or other content types to the assistant's memory, so it can answer from your guides and policies.
Show me which content types the StoreAgent chat assistant learns from now, with total, indexed, failed and pending counts for each. Then turn on AI memory for [pages and blog posts] and keep the current types on. Leave out [page IDs] because they are not for shoppers. Show me the change first and wait for my OK. After you save it, start a sync for each new type and tell me the progress.

Tells you which StoreAgent plan you are on, how many AI credits are left and when they reset, so a bulk job does not stop halfway.
Tell me which StoreAgent plan we are on, its status and when it renews. Show me how many AI credits we have used this period, the limit and how many are left. I want to run [describe the job, like descriptions for 120 products]. Tell me if the credits left are likely to cover it, and if not, how much of it I can do now and what can wait until the renewal date.

Pulls your WordPress, PHP and database versions, plan and chat assistant status into one note you can paste into a support ticket.
Put together a setup snapshot of our store that I can send to a developer or support team. Include the site name, address, language and WordPress version, the PHP and database versions, and if the site is production or staging. Add my user role so they know what I can access. Add our StoreAgent plan and status, if the chat assistant is on, and the AI memory sync progress. Leave out the admin email. Format it as a short list.

Sets up a new wholesale role, like Gold or Distributor, with its discount, minimum order and tax setting in one pass.
List my current wholesale roles. Then create a new wholesale role called "[Gold Wholesale]" with the key [gold_wholesale]. Give it a flat [20]% discount off every product, a minimum order subtotal of [$500], and make it [not] tax exempt. Show me every step you will take and wait for my OK. Then do them in order and list the roles again at the end.

Copies an existing order form, renames it and limits it to one wholesale role, then gives you the shortcode for its page.
Show me my order forms. Duplicate the form "[form name]" as a new draft. Read the copy's full settings, then change only the title to "[Distributor Order Form]" and the allowed user roles to [distributor]. Keep every other setting exactly as it is. Show me the change and wait for my OK. Then save it as a draft and give me the shortcode so I can add it to a page.

Creates a stripped-back order form with just the columns repeat buyers need, based on the layout of a form you already have.
Read the full setup of my order form "[form name]" so you can see how its columns are defined. Then create a new draft order form called "[Quick Reorder]" that has only these columns: product name, SKU, price, quantity and add to cart. Use the same column format as the existing form. Show me the column list and wait for my OK before you create it. Give me the shortcode at the end.

Finds draft and duplicate order forms nobody uses and deletes them for good after you confirm the list.
List all my order forms with their status and placement. Find the drafts and any forms that look like duplicates, such as "copy" in the title or the same title twice. Show me each one with its ID, title, status and where it is placed. Deleting is permanent, so wait for my explicit OK on each ID. Then delete only the ones I confirm.

Clears the clutter of old campaign codes from your coupon list, with a full backup of their settings first.
Help me clean up my coupon list. Find coupons that expired more than 90 days ago, and coupons that have never been used. Show me a table with the code, type, amount, usage count and expiry date. Before you trash anything, export the full settings of those coupons and show me the export so I have a copy. Then wait for my OK. Only trash the coupons I confirm, one by one, and tell me if any of them fail.

Spots coupons with big discounts, no usage limit and no expiry that could leak margin if the code gets shared.
Audit all my coupons for risk. Export the full coupon settings and flag any coupon that has no usage limit, no expiry date, can be combined with other coupons, or gives more than 30% or a fixed amount over $50. Open any flagged coupon that has cart conditions and tell me in plain words what the conditions are. Give me a table sorted by risk with what you suggest for each one, like a usage limit, an expiry date or individual use only. Wait for my OK before you change any coupon.

Reviews how often each feed regenerates and moves busy feeds to more frequent refreshes and quiet ones to daily.
Show me every product feed with its channel, status, refresh interval and last generated time. Flag published feeds that have no refresh schedule. My prices and stock change [how often]. Suggest a refresh interval for each feed, hourly, twice daily or daily, and tell me why. Show me the plan and wait for my OK, then apply it.

Finds draft, never-run and failing feeds that clutter your account, and deletes only the ones you confirm.
List all my product feeds, including drafts. Flag feeds that are still drafts, have never generated, have an error status, or have not updated in over 30 days. For each flagged feed, show the title, channel, country, status, last updated time and file URL. Do not delete anything yet. Wait for me to name the feeds to remove. Deleting a feed is permanent, so repeat my list back to me and wait for a second OK before you delete.

Clears out test and abandoned membership plans so your plan list only shows plans customers can actually join.
List all my membership plans in any status, with name, status, access method, length and how many rules each one has. Flag drafts and plans that look like tests or duplicates. Do not delete anything yet. Show me the list and wait for me to pick. Deleting a plan is permanent. Plans with active members cannot be deleted, so tell me if any of my picks fail for that reason.
