Find them, show their current balance and their store credit history for the last 6 months, and explain each entry in plain words. Tell me if anything looks like a mistake, like a double refund or a missing credit. If a fix is needed, show me the exact increase or decrease and the note you will add, and wait for my OK. After I approve, make the change and email the customer about it.
