A WooCommerce MCP server exposes your store’s capabilities — products, content, reviews, insights — as tools an AI assistant can discover and run. MCP (Model Context Protocol) is the open standard Claude and ChatGPT use to talk to those tools. Connect one, and your assistant stops guessing about your catalog and starts working on it.

Update StoreAgent to 1.1.9 or later, open StoreAgent → Settings → MCP, switch on Enable MCP for this store and copy your endpoint URL. Add it to your assistant as a custom connector. Yours looks like this:

A WooCommerce MCP server exposes your store’s capabilities to your assistant, so it can answer questions and do real store work instead of just chatting about it.
Update StoreAgent to 1.1.9 or later and switch on MCP under StoreAgent → Settings → MCP. Copy your endpoint URL, then in Claude open Settings → Connectors, choose Add custom connector and paste the URL (leave the OAuth client fields empty). Choose Connect, sign in on your store’s approval page, pick read-only or read and write, and approve. Turn the connector on in a chat and you are done.
Same endpoint. In ChatGPT open Settings → Plugins → Browse Plugins, choose the + icon, give it a name and paste your endpoint URL. Set Authentication to OAuth, leave the client fields empty and create it. Choose Connect, approve on your store, then turn it on in a new chat. On Business or Enterprise an admin must allow custom plugins first.
You stay in control: you choose the access level when you approve a connection, tools that make changes are hidden from read-only connections, every call runs through the same permission checks as a human user in wp-admin, and you can revoke any connection in seconds. Every call is also logged.
