Tells you if your points program is working: how many points are redeemed, what it costs you and where points come from.
Give me a health check of my loyalty program. Show total points issued, redeemed and still outstanding, the redemption rate, and how many points come from each source. Then show the last 90 days: points earned and redeemed, what the redeemed points cost me, and what the outstanding points are worth. List my earn rules and redemption settings. Tell me in plain words what is working, what looks off, and 3 changes you would test.

Finds customers about to lose their points and gives them a small bonus that keeps their account active.
Find customers whose loyalty points expire in the next 30 days. Show their name, email, points balance and expiry date, sorted by the largest balance. Tell me what all those points are worth in money. Then suggest a small bonus to give the top 20 so their account stays active and they have a reason to come back. Wait for my OK, then give the bonus with the note "Points saver bonus". Give me their emails too, so I can send a reminder.

Checks a customer's order and points history to see if points really are missing, then fixes it with a note.
A customer says they did not get points for order [order number]. Look up the order and show me its status, total and items. Then find the customer, show their current points balance and their points history, and check if there is an entry for that order. Tell me in plain words if points are missing and how many they should have got. If they are missing, show me the adjustment and the note you will add, and wait for my OK before you add the points.

Turns on points for product reviews, new accounts and first orders, so your loyalty program rewards more than purchases.
Show me which ways to earn loyalty points are on in my store and how many points each one gives. Also show my redemption ratio so we know what a point is worth. Then suggest points for product reviews, new account signups and first orders that are worth something to the customer but cheap for me. Show me the plan and wait for my OK. After I approve, turn on those rules with the points we agree, and turn on the customer email for each one.

Looks at where your points really come from and adjusts the earn rules that give too much or too little.
Show me how many points have come from each source in my loyalty program and compare that with my current earn rules. Tell me if any rule gives away points without much benefit, like blog comments, or if a rule I care about is too small to matter. Suggest new point amounts, and which rules to turn on or off. Show me the before and after for each rule, and wait for my OK before you change anything.

Checks what redeemed points cost you and the value of outstanding points before you change your redemption ratio.
Show me my current points redemption settings: how many points equal $1, the minimum and maximum points per redemption, and when points expire. Then show the last 180 days of points earned and redeemed, what those redemptions cost me, and the value of all outstanding points. Tell me what would happen to that outstanding value if I change the ratio to [number] points per $1. Wait for my OK before you change the ratio or the minimum and maximum.
