Find the products I added in the last 60 days. Suggest a consistent set of tags for each one, using the same wording across similar products so you do not create near-duplicates. Show me the list grouped by product type, then apply the tags when I approve.

A quick health check on which of your store content is indexed, pending or failing in StoreAgent memory.
Check the StoreAgent AI memory status for my store. Tell me how many products, pages and posts are indexed, pending or failed. For anything that failed, show me the reason in plain English, and if anything has failed, re-run the sync for that content type after checking with me.

Reads every shopper chat from the last 7 days and tells you what people keep asking, and where the assistant came up short.
Read all the conversations shoppers had with our StoreAgent chat assistant in the last 7 days. Group the questions into themes, like sizing, shipping, stock or product comparisons, and tell me how many chats fall in each. List the questions the assistant could not answer well or answered vaguely, with a short quote from each chat. For any product mentioned more than twice, look it up and tell me its price and stock status. End with the 3 changes that would help shoppers most.

Checks real shopper chats for refund, billing and order problems, then sets the assistant to hand those chats to your team.
Read our shopper chats from the last 30 days and find the ones about refunds, billing, cancellations or problems with an order. Tell me how many of each you found and show a short example of each. Then propose escalation settings for the chat assistant: which of those topics should go straight to a human, a short line of extra guidance for anything else sensitive you saw, and the email address that should get escalated chats. Show me the settings first and wait for my OK before you save them.

Finds shoppers who told the chat assistant about a problem with an order, and logs it on that order so your team sees it.
Look through the chat assistant conversations from the last 14 days for shoppers who mention a problem with an existing order, like a late parcel, a wrong item or a damaged item. Where the chat gives an order number or an email address, find the matching order. Show me a table with the order number, status, what the shopper said and when. Then add a private note to each order with a one-line summary of the chat. Show me the notes first and wait for my OK. Do not send anything to the customer.

Gives the chat assistant your brand colors, a name and a greeting that sounds like your store, instead of the defaults.
Read the current settings of our StoreAgent chat assistant and our site name and tagline. Our brand colors are [primary hex] and [secondary hex]. Suggest a friendly assistant name, a short greeting that fits our store, an input placeholder and a status line. Set the launcher, header and send button colors to match our brand and keep the text readable. Show me the old and new values side by side and wait for my OK before you change anything.

Writes short pop-up messages for the chat assistant that point shoppers to what is on sale right now.
Find our published products that have a sale price right now and pick the 3 with the biggest discount. Then read the chat assistant settings. Write 2 or 3 short conversation starters, under 90 characters each, that the assistant can pop up to invite shoppers to ask about the sale. Turn on the starters, show them after 15 seconds and hide them on mobile. Show me the starters and the settings first and wait for my OK.

Makes sure the chat assistant has learned your products and pages before shoppers can talk to it, then turns it on.
Before we turn on the StoreAgent chat assistant, check how far the AI memory sync has got and give me the indexed, failed and pending counts for each content type. List any items that failed with the error message. If most of our products and pages are indexed, tell me it is ready and turn the chat assistant on after I say OK. If it is not ready, tell me what to fix first and leave it off.

Finds old, test or private-looking pages in the assistant's memory so it stops quoting them to shoppers.
List all the pages and posts that are in our StoreAgent AI memory, with their title and whether they are indexed. Point out anything the chat assistant should not learn from, like test pages, old promotions, draft-looking titles, internal notes or duplicates. Show me the list with a short reason for each and wait for my OK. Then take only the ones I approve out of AI memory.

Show me which content types the StoreAgent chat assistant learns from now, with total, indexed, failed and pending counts for each. Then turn on AI memory for [pages and blog posts] and keep the current types on. Leave out [page IDs] because they are not for shoppers. Show me the change first and wait for my OK. Writes a short summary and key takeaways from customer reviews onto each product, so shoppers do not have to read 40 reviews.
Check how many AI credits we have left this period. Then find our published products with the names I give you: [product names]. For each one, write a review summary and save it on the product. Before you start, tell me how many products you found and how many credits are left, and wait for my OK. When it is done, show me each product with its average rating, number of reviews and key takeaways, and flag any product under 4 stars.

Gives customers store credit after they buy, so the reward brings them back for a second order instead of cutting today's price.
I want a cashback offer that brings customers back. Look at my completed orders from the last 90 days and tell me the average order value. Suggest a cashback amount, as a percentage or a fixed amount, that is worth a second visit but does not cost too much. Then create a cashback coupon with the code [code] that pays out as store credit after a 14 day waiting period, so refunds are not rewarded. Set it to expire in 60 days.
