Make the Chat Assistant Match Your Brand

Gives the chat assistant your brand colors, a name and a greeting that sounds like your store, instead of the defaults.
Read the current settings of our StoreAgent chat assistant and our site name and tagline. Our brand colors are [primary hex] and [secondary hex]. Suggest a friendly assistant name, a short greeting that fits our store, an input placeholder and a status line. Set the launcher, header and send button colors to match our brand and keep the text readable. Show me the old and new values side by side and wait for my OK before you change anything.

Add Conversation Starters That Mention Your Current Sale

Writes short pop-up messages for the chat assistant that point shoppers to what is on sale right now.
Find our published products that have a sale price right now and pick the 3 with the biggest discount. Then read the chat assistant settings. Write 2 or 3 short conversation starters, under 90 characters each, that the assistant can pop up to invite shoppers to ask about the sale. Turn on the starters, show them after 15 seconds and hide them on mobile. Show me the starters and the settings first and wait for my OK.

Check AI Memory Is Ready, Then Switch the Chat Assistant On

Makes sure the chat assistant has learned your products and pages before shoppers can talk to it, then turns it on.
Before we turn on the StoreAgent chat assistant, check how far the AI memory sync has got and give me the indexed, failed and pending counts for each content type. List any items that failed with the error message. If most of our products and pages are indexed, tell me it is ready and turn the chat assistant on after I say OK. If it is not ready, tell me what to fix first and leave it off.
