Group the questions into themes, like sizing, shipping, stock or product comparisons, and tell me how many chats fall in each. List the questions the assistant could not answer well or answered vaguely, with a short quote from each chat. For any product mentioned more than twice, look it up and tell me its price and stock status. End with the 3 changes that would help shoppers most.
