14 Booster modules are on. 10 fully support Checkout Blocks. 2 are partial: Checkout Custom Fields and Gateways by Country. 2 are classic-only: Checkout Fees and Files Upload. Calling:

Not yet. Checkout Fees would stop adding your $3 small-order fee, and file uploads would disappear from checkout. Move those two to a product-page option or keep the classic checkout until you replace them.
