Looks up a customer's points history and explains, order by order, why each one did or did not earn points.
A customer with the email [email] says their points are wrong. Look up their RewardsWP account: balance, VIP tier and last 10 points entries. Check their recent orders and explain why each one did or did not earn points. Write me a short, friendly reply I can send them, and tell me if anything needs fixing.

Shows a member's points history, previews the change and adds or removes points with a note you can see later.
Find the RewardsWP member with the email [email]. Show me their points balance and their last 10 points entries. I want to [add or remove] [number] points because [reason]. Do a dry run first and show me the balance before and after and any VIP tier change. Make the change only after I say yes, with my reason as the note.

RewardsWP takes points back on refunds, not on cancellations. This finds cancelled orders that kept their points and reverses them.
Find orders cancelled in the last 90 days. For each one, check whether it still has RewardsWP purchase points that were not taken back. Show me a table with the order, the customer, the points and the date. Do a dry run of taking those points back and show me each member's new balance. Take them back only after I say yes, with the reason Order cancelled.

Ranks your members by points earned and gives the top ones a bonus, after you see any tier changes it causes.
Show me my top 10 RewardsWP members by points earned in the last 90 days, with their VIP tier and balance. Do a dry run of giving each one [500] bonus points as a thank you, and show me any tier changes or emails that would go out. Add the points only after I say yes, with the note Thank you bonus.

Lists old pending referrals, flags odd patterns and completes or cancels the ones you choose. Needs RewardsWP Basic or higher.
List every pending RewardsWP referral older than [30] days, with the advocate, the date and whether the friend has placed an order. Flag any advocate with many pending referrals in a short time. Wait for me to say which to complete and which to cancel. Do a dry run first and tell me what happens to the advocate reward and the friend's coupon. Then make only the changes I name.

Finds unused reward coupons about to expire and gives them more time. Needs RewardsWP Basic or higher.
List every unused RewardsWP reward that expires in the next 14 days, with the member, the reward, the coupon code and the expiry date. Do a dry run of extending each one by 30 days and show me the new dates. Extend them only after I say yes. Then write a short email I can send these members to remind them to use their reward.

Checks how members spread across your VIP tiers, suggests new thresholds and moves members after the change. Needs RewardsWP Pro.
Show me my RewardsWP VIP tiers with the threshold, multiplier and number of members in each. Add the VIP moves from the last 90 days. Tell me if the tiers look balanced and suggest new thresholds. Do a dry run of your changes and show me the side effects. Make the changes only after I say yes, then re-check every member's tier and tell me how many moved up or down.

Show me how members can spend RewardsWP points today and which reward types my plan allows. I want to add [a 15% off coupon for 1,500 points]. Do a dry run and show me what changes, including the value of the points members already hold. Add it only after I say yes.

Lists every loyalty email, who it comes from and what your plan includes, then fixes what looks wrong.
List every RewardsWP email, whether it is on, and whether my plan includes it. Show me the sender name and address they come from. Flag anything that looks wrong, like the WordPress admin address as the sender or a useful email that is off. Suggest changes, then make them only after I say yes.

Customers who bought before you started RewardsWP are not members. This finds them, enrolls them and can give a welcome bonus.
Find every customer with a completed order who is not a RewardsWP member yet. Show me how many there are, with their email, order count and total spend. Wait for my OK, then enroll them. If I say so, give each one [200] welcome points. Then re-check VIP tiers so everyone lands in the right tier.
