A customer with the email [email] says their points are wrong. Look up their RewardsWP account: balance, VIP tier and last 10 points entries. Check their recent orders and explain why each one did or did not earn points. Write me a short, friendly reply I can send them, and tell me if anything needs fixing.

Shows a member's points history, previews the change and adds or removes points with a note you can see later.
Find the RewardsWP member with the email [email]. Show me their points balance and their last 10 points entries. I want to [add or remove] [number] points because [reason]. Do a dry run first and show me the balance before and after and any VIP tier change. Make the change only after I say yes, with my reason as the note.
