Say Sorry With Store Credit

Gives a small credit to every customer whose order is running late, with a note explaining why.
Find orders from the last 30 days that were placed more than 7 days ago and are still Processing or On hold. For each customer, add $10 of Advanced Coupons store credit with the note 'Sorry your order is taking longer than usual'. List them for me first and wait for my OK.

Check and Correct a Customer's Store Credit

Works out why a customer's store credit looks wrong from the full history, then fixes it with a clear note.
A customer with the email [email] says their store credit balance is wrong. Find them, show their current balance and their store credit history for the last 6 months, and explain each entry in plain words. Tell me if anything looks like a mistake, like a double refund or a missing credit. If a fix is needed, show me the exact increase or decrease and the note you will add, and wait for my OK. After I approve, make the change and email the customer about it.
