Using my orders, show me my top 20 customers by total spend. For each one, include their email, order count, average order value and when they last ordered. Then list any customers who used to order every month but have not ordered in the last 90 days.

Look through the chat assistant conversations from the last 14 days for shoppers who mention a problem with an existing order, like a late parcel, a wrong item or a damaged item. Where the chat gives an order number or an email address, find the matching order. Show me a table with the order number, status, what the shopper said and when. Then add a private note to each order with a one-line summary of the chat. Show me the notes first and wait for my OK. Do not send anything to the customer.

Finds products that are out of stock and have had no orders in a year, so you can clear old listings out of your catalog.
Find all products that are out of stock. Check our orders from the last 12 months and tell me which of these products have not been in any order. Show me a list with the product name, SKU and the date it was last changed, and wait for my OK. Move only the products I approve to the trash. Do not delete anything for good, and leave alone any product that has sold in the last 12 months.

Then mark each one Completed and add a customer note with the tracking number and the carrier [carrier name].

Find all orders that have been in Pending payment for more than 7 days. Show me the order number, customer email, total, payment method, items and how long each has been waiting. Wait for my OK, then cancel only the orders I approve and add a private note to each that says it was cancelled for no payment.

Then add the cart subtotal discount for the [wholesale_customer] role.

Look at orders from my wholesale customers over the last 90 days. Tell me how many were under [$150] and what share of wholesale revenue they made up. Suggest a minimum order subtotal, a minimum quantity, or both, for the [wholesale_customer] role. Show me your suggestion and wait for my OK, because this replaces the current minimum for that role. Then set it.

Look at orders from my wholesale customers over the last 6 months and count them by payment method. Then suggest which payment methods the [wholesale_customer] role should see at checkout. Show me the counts and the final list of payment method IDs, like bacs or cheque. Wait for my OK, because this replaces the list that role has now. Then save it.

Look at my orders from the last 60 days and tell me which days of the week and hours of the day are the quietest. Then set up a happy hour coupon for those times. Make it work only on the days and times you suggest, and show the message "Happy hour is over, come back during our next one" outside those hours. Show me the schedule and wait for my OK before you save it.

Then create a cashback coupon with the code [code] that pays out as store credit after a 14 day waiting period, so refunds are not rewarded. Set it to expire in 60 days. Show me the setup and wait for my OK before you create it.

A customer says they did not get points for order [order number]. Look up the order and show me its status, total and items. Then find the customer, show their current points balance and their points history, and check if there is an entry for that order. Tell me in plain words if points are missing and how many they should have got. If they are missing, show me the adjustment and the note you will add, and wait for my OK before you add the points.

Finds members whose access came from an order you refunded, so nobody keeps paid access for free.
Find orders refunded in the last [number] days and skip guest orders. For each customer on those orders, list their memberships and show any membership whose order ID matches the refunded order, with the plan name, status and start date. Show me the list and wait for my OK. Deleting a membership removes the customer's access and cannot be undone, so only delete the ones I confirm.

Looks up a customer's memberships by email and explains their status, dates and plan, so you can answer a support ticket fast.
A customer with the email [email] says they cannot access members-only content. Find their customer ID from their orders. Then list all their memberships with plan name, status, start date, end date, and any paused or cancelled date. Tell me which plan should give them access, and whether it is expired, paused, delayed or cancelled. Suggest what I should do next, but do not change anything.

Find all orders in Processing status placed since [time or date]. Show me the order number, customer email and items for each one. Then email a packing list for each order to my packing list recipients. Show me the list first and wait for my OK before you send anything.
