What is your refund policy?

If you’re not happy with a StoreAgent purchase and want your money back, you’ve got 14 days from the date of purchase to ask. This guide explains who qualifies, what’s refundable, and how to request one.

Refund window: within 14 days of a new purchase, we’ll issue a refund as long as you reach out to the support team to discuss the issue first.

What’s not refundable: renewal payments. Once a subscription renews, the renewal charge is final.

How long does a refund take?

Once approved, refunds are processed immediately on our side. It can then take 5–10 business days for the credit to appear on your statement, depending on your payment provider.

How do I request a refund?

Reach out to the StoreAgent support team. Include details about your purchase — order ID or transaction reference, the email on the account, and a short note on what didn’t work for you. We’ll review your request against the refund policy and process it as soon as possible if you qualify.

Frequently asked questions

What happens to my AI Tasks and chat history after a refund?

Your account drops to the free StoreAgent Lite plan. Previously generated content (product descriptions, summaries, tags) stays in your store — refunds don’t remove anything from your WooCommerce database. Chat history and indexed product data on the StoreAgent side stay accessible while you’re on Lite, subject to the Lite plan limits.

Do I need to cancel my subscription separately?

If your refund is being issued mid-cycle, you’ll usually also want to cancel the subscription so it doesn’t renew. We can handle both in the same support ticket. See [Link to How to cancel your StoreAgent subscription] for the self-service cancellation flow.

What if I’m past the 14-day window but the plugin isn’t working?

Reach out to support anyway. If a bug or technical issue prevented you from using StoreAgent during the refund window, we’ll review your case individually. We can’t promise a refund outside the policy, but we’ll do what’s fair.
