Store setup & admin
asks first
Describe the gift options you want in plain words and get a PPOM field group built, tested and saved after you approve it.
I want shoppers to add a gift message to my products. Check which PPOM field types I can use on my plan. Then plan a field group called Gift Options with a Yes or No checkbox for gift wrap at $5, and a gift message text box of up to 200 characters that only shows when gift wrap is ticked. Do a test run first and show me the fields, prices and rules, plus any errors. Ask me to confirm before you save the group.
Pricing & wholesale
read only
Check every priced option in your PPOM field groups for free extras, odd prices and groups that charge different amounts for the same thing.
Audit the prices on my product options. List all my PPOM field groups, then read each one and pull out every option that has a price. Show me a table of group, field, option and price. Flag options with no price that look like they should cost extra, such as gift wrap or rush production, the same option priced differently in two groups, and any group that is disabled. Then tell me the three price fixes that matter most.
Orders & fulfilment

Turn every Processing order into one production list with the names, colours, dates and uploaded files customers asked for.
Build my production list for today. Find all my orders in Processing status, oldest first. For each order, read what the customer chose in the product options: the text to print or engrave, the colours, sizes, dates and the names of any uploaded files. Group the list by product so I can make similar items together. Flag any order where a text field looks misspelled, is empty, or an expected file is missing, so I can contact the customer before I start.
Reporting & insights
read only
See which add-ons and choices shoppers pick most in last month's orders, and which ones nobody uses.
Show me which product options my customers actually choose. Find my completed orders from the last 30 days and read the options each customer picked on every item. Count how often each option value was chosen, by product. List the top 10 choices, any priced add-on that was picked fewer than 3 times, and the share of orders that used at least one paid add-on. Then suggest two options I could promote or make the default, and any I could remove.
Catalog & products
asks first
Find products in a category that do not have the right PPOM field group attached, then attach it after you say yes.
Check my Personalised Gifts category. Find every published product in it, and for each one read which PPOM field groups are attached. Do not change anything yet. List the products with no field group, and the products that use a different group from most of the category. Tell me which group most of the category uses. Then ask me to confirm before you attach that group to the products that are missing it.
