Make a Separate Order Form for One Wholesale Tier
Copies an existing order form, renames it and limits it to one wholesale role, then gives you the shortcode for its page.
Show me my order forms. Duplicate the form "[form name]" as a new draft. Read the copy's full settings, then change only the title to "[Distributor Order Form]" and the allowed user roles to [distributor]. Keep every other setting exactly as it is. Show me the change and wait for my OK. Then save it as a draft and give me the shortcode so I can add it to a page.
