Looks at your recent wholesale order sizes, suggests a sensible threshold, then adds a discount when the cart passes it.
List my wholesale customers. Then look at their completed and processing orders from the last 90 days and tell me the average and typical order total. Suggest a cart subtotal threshold a bit above the average, and a discount to go with it. Show me your suggestion and the checkout label you will use, and wait for my OK. Then add the cart subtotal discount for the [wholesale_customer] role.
