Restricts a wholesale role to the shipping methods you choose, like free shipping or local pickup.
For the [wholesale_customer] role, I want checkout to offer only [free_shipping] when zone-based shipping does not apply. Map that non-zoned shipping method to the role and set it as wholesale only. Show me exactly what you will add and wait for my OK. If the method ID is not registered in my store, stop and tell me.
