Counts every wholesale pricing rule by level and spot-checks real prices for a customer in each role, so you know what is actually live.
Give me an overview of my wholesale pricing. List each wholesale role with how many members it has and if it is tax exempt. Show how many pricing rules I have at product, category, role, per-user and quantity level, and tell me if any count was cut short. Then pick one customer from each role and check the price they pay on [5] of my best-known products against the regular price. Point out anything that looks wrong, like a role with no discount at all.

Answers "what price does this account see" by comparing the saved wholesale price with the final price after category and role rules.
Find the wholesale customer [name or email]. For the products [product names or SKUs], show me the regular price, the wholesale price saved on the product for their role, and the price they actually pay after category and role discounts. Explain any difference. Remind me that quantity tiers and cart subtotal discounts are applied in the cart, so they are not in these numbers.

Shows what a sample customer pays now, sets a flat percentage off every product for one role, then checks the new prices.
I want the [Gold] wholesale role to get [25]% off the regular price of every product. First list my wholesale roles and show the pricing rule overview. Pick one customer in that role and show me what they pay now on [3] products. Then tell me exactly what you will change and wait for my OK, because this replaces any flat discount the role has now. After saving, check the same 3 products again and show me before and after.

Sets a percentage off a whole category for a wholesale role, and checks a product in that category before and after.
Set a [15]% wholesale discount for the [wholesale_customer] role on the product category with ID [category ID]. Before you change anything, check what a customer in that role pays now for product [product ID], which is in that category. Show me the plan and wait for my OK, because this replaces any discount the category has for that role. After saving, check the same product again and show me the new price.

Looks at your recent wholesale order sizes, suggests a sensible threshold, then adds a discount when the cart passes it.
List my wholesale customers. Then look at their completed and processing orders from the last 90 days and tell me the average and typical order total. Suggest a cart subtotal threshold a bit above the average, and a discount to go with it. Show me your suggestion and the checkout label you will use, and wait for my OK. Then add the cart subtotal discount for the [wholesale_customer] role.

Finds how many small wholesale orders you get, suggests a minimum order amount or quantity, and sets it for the role.
Look at orders from my wholesale customers over the last 90 days. Tell me how many were under [$150] and what share of wholesale revenue they made up. Suggest a minimum order subtotal, a minimum quantity, or both, for the [wholesale_customer] role. Show me your suggestion and wait for my OK, because this replaces the current minimum for that role. Then set it.

Checks which payment methods your wholesale customers really use, then sets the list a wholesale role can pick from at checkout.
Look at orders from my wholesale customers over the last 6 months and count them by payment method. Then suggest which payment methods the [wholesale_customer] role should see at checkout. Show me the counts and the final list of payment method IDs, like bacs or cheque. Wait for my OK, because this replaces the list that role has now. Then save it.
Customers

Ranks wholesale customers by lifetime spend and moves the top ones into a higher-tier role after you check the list.
List my wholesale customers in the [wholesale_customer] role, sorted by lifetime spend, highest first. Show the top [15] with their name, email, lifetime spend and last order date. Tell me if the list was cut short. Suggest who should move into the [gold_wholesale] role. Wait for my OK on the names. Warn me that this replaces every role the customer holds now, so skip anyone who is also staff. Then move only the ones I confirm.
