Show me all pending wholesale quotes, oldest first. For each one, give me the quote number, customer email, items with quantities, wholesale total and how long it has waited. Also show any messages the customer sent. Suggest approve or decline for each. Wait for my OK on every quote. Then approve the ones I approve and decline the others with the reason I give. Each customer will get an email.

Changes quantities, prices or items on a quote, then sends the customer a short message explaining the update. Needs Wholesale Quotes.
Open quote [quote number or ID]. Show me every line item with product, SKU, quantity, wholesale price and regular price, plus the totals. I want to [lower the price of product X to $Y, change the quantity of Z to N, add product ID P, remove item Q]. Show me the quote before and after and wait for my OK. Keep every item I did not mention. Then save the changes and send the customer a short, friendly message about what changed.

Finds approved quotes that are not orders yet and converts the ones you pick, with a note on each new order. Needs Wholesale Quotes.
List all approved wholesale quotes that have not been converted to an order. Show the quote number, customer email, total and last updated date, oldest first. Wait for me to pick which ones to convert. Then convert each one into a WooCommerce order and add a private note to the new order that says which quote it came from. Give me the order numbers at the end.

Finds old pending and expired quotes, then cancels, declines or deletes them in bulk after you confirm. Needs Wholesale Quotes.
List pending quotes older than [45] days and all expired quotes. Show the quote number, customer email, total and age. Suggest one action for each: decline (emails the customer), cancel (no email), or delete. Deleting is permanent and removes the items, history and messages, so only suggest it for test or junk quotes. Show me the plan and wait for my explicit OK. Then apply it, using bulk updates where you can.
