Reorder Link for a Regular Customer

Rebuilds a customer's last order with current stock and prices, and sends a Payplug link to pay.
My customer [customer email] wants to reorder what they bought last time. Find their most recent WooCommerce order and list its items. Check each product for current stock and price, and tell me what changed since that order. Suggest a swap for anything out of stock. Show me the new total and ask me to confirm. After I confirm, create a Payplug payment link with those items and their saved address, and give me the link and a short message to send.

Rescue Orders With Failed Payments

Finds this week's failed and unpaid orders, then sends fresh Payplug links for the ones you pick.
Find every WooCommerce order from the last 7 days with the status Failed or Pending payment that is more than 24 hours old. Skip customers who placed a paid order after that. List each one with the customer, the items and the total, biggest first. Ask me which ones to send a new payment link for. For each one I confirm, create a Payplug payment link with the same customer and items, then add a private note to the old order with the new order number. Give me each link with a short, friendly message I can send.

Send a Payment Link for a Phone Order

Takes an order by phone or email, checks stock, and creates a Payplug payment link after your OK.
A customer just ordered by phone. Their email is [customer email] and they want [quantity and product names]. Find their customer account and last billing address in my WooCommerce orders. Find each product, with its ID, price and stock, and tell me if anything is out of stock. Show me the order total and the address you will use, and ask me to confirm. After I confirm, create a Payplug payment link for that order and give me the link and the order number, plus a two line message I can send with it.

Turn Chat Order Requests Into Payment Links

Finds shoppers who asked your chat assistant to order or pay another way, and sends them a Payplug link.
Look at my StoreAgent chat conversations from the last 14 days. Find the shoppers who asked to place a bulk or custom order, to pay by link, or to order without the checkout. For each one, read the conversation and tell me what they want and their email if they gave it. Check my WooCommerce orders for a customer account with that email. Show me the list and ask me which ones to send a payment link for. For each one I confirm, create a Payplug payment link and give me the link with a short reply I can send.
