Lines up every unpaid commission, catches referrals from refunded orders and checks payment emails before payday.
Show me all unpaid referrals, grouped by affiliate, with the total owed to each. For every referral with an order reference, look up the WooCommerce order and flag any that are refunded, cancelled or failed. Also flag affiliates with no payment email. Show me the list and wait for my OK. Then reject the referrals from refunded or cancelled orders and give me a final table of who is owed what. I will pay them from the Payouts screen.

Finds active affiliates who used to send sales and have gone quiet, so you can reach out before they drift away.
Find active affiliates who had at least one referral in the last 6 months but none in the last 60 days. For each one, show their name, email, lifetime earnings and the date of their last referral. Sort by lifetime earnings. Write a short, friendly check-in message I can send them. Then add a note to each affiliate saying they were contacted today.

Ranks affiliates by what they earned over 90 days and moves the top performers to a higher rate or group.
Show me my default commission rate and my affiliate groups. Rank my top 20 affiliates by earnings over the last 90 days, with their referrals, visits, current rate and how many of their referrals were rejected. Suggest who deserves a higher rate and what it should be, and tell me what it would cost me per month at their current pace. Wait for my OK, then update their rates and add a note with the date and reason.

Checks whether a sale already has a commission and adds the missing referral with the order as its reference.
Affiliate [name] says they sent us the customer on order [order number], but the sale was not tracked. Look up the order and show me its date, total, status and customer. Check whether a referral already exists for that order. Then show the affiliate's rate, their coupon codes, and their visits on the day of the order. Tell me in plain words whether they should be credited and how much the commission should be at their rate. Wait for my OK, then add the referral as unpaid with the order as its reference.

Looks for affiliates earning on their own orders, refund-heavy referrals and odd traffic before you pay them.
Check my affiliate referrals from the last 60 days for signs of fraud. Flag referrals where the customer is the affiliate's own user account, affiliates whose referred orders are often refunded, visits from one referrer that come in large numbers and never convert, and referrals much bigger than that affiliate's usual. Show me each case with the evidence. Do not change anything until I say so. Then reject the referrals I pick and add a note to the affiliate.

Compares affiliate campaigns and landing pages so you know what to ask your affiliates to promote.
Show me my affiliate campaigns ranked by conversion rate, with visits, unique visits, referrals and earnings. These are lifetime numbers. Then look at affiliate visits from the last 90 days and show the 10 landing pages that get the most visits and how many of those visits converted. Tell me which campaigns and pages work best, which get traffic but no sales, and what I should ask affiliates to promote next.

Checks which affiliate coupons bring in sales, which are never used and which look like they leaked onto coupon sites.
Go through all my affiliates and list the coupon codes that credit each one, with the discount each code gives. For each affiliate with a coupon, show their referrals and visits from the last 90 days, and how many referrals came in with no visit, which usually means the coupon was used. Flag codes that belong to paused or rejected affiliates, codes with no referrals, and affiliates whose coupon referrals are far higher than their link visits. Suggest what to do with each code, but do not change anything.
