Last week's referrals, the application queue and who is owed money, ending with the three things to do first.
Give me my weekly affiliate check-in. Summarize last week's referrals and earnings and compare them with the week before. List the pending affiliate applications, oldest first. Flag every affiliate with more than $500 unpaid. Show my top 5 affiliates for last week by earnings. Then give me the three things to do first this week.

Lists every pending application, flags the ones that look off, and approves or rejects the ones you choose.
List every pending affiliate application, oldest first, with name, email, payment email and sign-up date. Flag anything that looks off, like a throwaway email address, a name and email that do not match, or someone who already has a rejected or inactive affiliate account. Then wait for me to tell you who to approve and who to reject. Approve and reject only the ones I name, and add a short note to each with today's date and the reason I give.

Lines up every unpaid commission, catches referrals from refunded orders and checks payment emails before payday.
Show me all unpaid referrals, grouped by affiliate, with the total owed to each. For every referral with an order reference, look up the WooCommerce order and flag any that are refunded, cancelled or failed. Also flag affiliates with no payment email. Show me the list and wait for my OK. Then reject the referrals from refunded or cancelled orders and give me a final table of who is owed what. I will pay them from the Payouts screen.

Finds active affiliates who used to send sales and have gone quiet, so you can reach out before they drift away.
Find active affiliates who had at least one referral in the last 6 months but none in the last 60 days. For each one, show their name, email, lifetime earnings and the date of their last referral. Sort by lifetime earnings. Write a short, friendly check-in message I can send them. Then add a note to each affiliate saying they were contacted today.

Looks for affiliates earning on their own orders, refund-heavy referrals and odd traffic before you pay them.
Check my affiliate referrals from the last 60 days for signs of fraud. Flag referrals where the customer is the affiliate's own user account, affiliates whose referred orders are often refunded, visits from one referrer that come in large numbers and never convert, and referrals much bigger than that affiliate's usual. Show me each case with the evidence. Do not change anything until I say so. Then reject the referrals I pick and add a note to the affiliate.

Checks which affiliate coupons bring in sales, which are never used and which look like they leaked onto coupon sites.
Go through all my affiliates and list the coupon codes that credit each one, with the discount each code gives. For each affiliate with a coupon, show their referrals and visits from the last 90 days, and how many referrals came in with no visit, which usually means the coupon was used. Flag codes that belong to paused or rejected affiliates, codes with no referrals, and affiliates whose coupon referrals are far higher than their link visits. Suggest what to do with each code, but do not change anything.
