Discount Express Shipping With a Coupon
Makes a coupon take money off one shipping method, like express, without giving free shipping on everything.
Set up a coupon that takes $[amount] off my express shipping method. Use coupon [code] if it exists, otherwise create it with no product discount. The shipping zone ID is [zone ID] and the express method instance ID is [method instance ID]. Add a shipping override for that method as a fixed discount. Show me the coupon and the override before you save, and wait for my OK.
