Reporting & insights
asks first
Spots feeds that failed, went stale or quietly dropped products, so your shopping ads keep showing your full range.
Check all my product feeds. For each published feed, show the channel, country, status, when it last generated, how many products are eligible, how many made it into the file, and the file size. Flag any feed with an error status, a missing file, a big gap between eligible products and products in the file, or a last update older than 2 days. For feeds with a gap, tell me how many products I excluded by hand. Then give me a summary per channel with feed count and feeds in error. If any feeds look stale, list them and ask before you regenerate them. Wait for my OK, then regenerate them in the background.

Copies a working feed to a new market with the same mappings, filters and rules, then checks it before it goes live.
I want to start advertising in [country]. Find my existing [channel name] feed for [source country] and show me its settings: country, file format, refresh interval, field mappings, filters and rules. Check that the channel is available for [country]. Tell me what the copy will be called and what will change, and wait for my OK. Then clone it as a new draft feed called "[channel name] [country]" that targets [country]. Validate the copy and list anything missing. Wait for a second OK before you publish the new feed and generate it.

Finds the required channel fields your feed does not fill yet and proposes the right product data for each one.
Validate my [feed name] feed and list every required field that is missing, or mapped with no source value. Then look at the current field mapping and the WooCommerce product fields I can map from, and suggest a source for each problem field, for example GTIN from a custom field or brand as a fixed value. Show me the proposed mapping as a table and wait for my OK. After I approve, save the mapping and keep all my existing mappings. Then validate again and regenerate the feed.

Matches each of your shop categories to the closest Google product category so your shopping listings land in the right place.
For my [feed name] feed, show me the current category mappings. Here are my store categories and their IDs: [category name: ID, category name: ID]. For each one, search the Google product categories and suggest the closest match with its full path. Mark any match you are not sure about. Show me the table and wait for my OK before you save the mappings. Then regenerate the feed.

Stops feeds from sending half-updated stock and prices to ad channels, then turns the schedules back on when you are done.
I am doing a stocktake and price update today. List my published feeds with their refresh interval. Pause the scheduled refresh on each one, but do not delete or unpublish anything. Show me the list first and wait for my OK. Keep a note of each feed's interval. When I tell you I am finished, set each feed back to its original interval.

Builds a new feed for a channel and country, maps the fields, filters out what should not be listed, and validates it.
Set up a new product feed for [channel name] in [country]. Check that the channel is available there and pick a file format it accepts. Plan how to map the required channel fields to my WooCommerce product data, plus a filter that excludes out of stock products. Show me the plan and wait for my OK. Then create the feed as a draft with that mapping and filter, validate it and show me any open issues. Wait for a second OK before you generate it.

Creates a CSV or XML file with exactly the columns a partner, reseller or comparison site asks for.
A partner needs a product file with these columns: [column list, for example id, title, price, stock, url, image]. Show me which WooCommerce product fields I can map each column from. Show me the mapping and wait for my OK. Then create a custom feed called "[feed name]" for [country] in [file format] with those columns, as a draft. Generate it and tell me the file URL, product count and file size.

Adds filters to drop products you do not want to advertise and rules to fix titles or values, without editing the products.
For my [feed name] feed, show me the filters and rules it already has. I want to: [list, for example exclude products priced under $10, exclude the Clearance category, add the brand to the start of every title]. Turn each one into a filter or rule and show me exactly what you will add. Wait for my OK, then add them, regenerate the feed and tell me how the product count changed.
