Store owners often serve customers in multiple regions. By setting the language of your StoreAgent AI content, you can deliver product descriptions, summaries, and reviews in the language your customers prefer. This not only improves readability but also helps boost SEO in local markets.
We’ve added a new feature to StoreAgent Content that lets you choose the language of your generated product descriptions, summaries, tags, and review highlights.
Previously, all generated content was only available in English. With this update, you can now generate content in the language that best suits your store and customers.

Where to Find the Language Setting
You have two ways to set the content language:
1. General Settings (Default for All Agents)
To set a default language for StoreAgent:
- In your WordPress dashboard, go to StoreAgent > Settings.
- Select the agent you want to update (for example, Product Description AI).
- Open the Settings tab.
- Find the Language option.
- Choose a language from the dropdown and click Save Changes.
This sets the language for all new content generated by that agent.
Once saved, this will be the default language used for all new content generated by that AI tool.
2. Per Product or Category (Manual Override)
You can also adjust the content language individually at the product or category level:
- Products: You can manually set the language for:
- Product Descriptions
- Product Summaries
- Product Tags
- Review Summaries
- Categories: You can manually set the language when generating Category Descriptions.
This gives you flexibility—use the general setting for your store’s main language, and override at the product/category level when needed.
Example
- If you set the general language to Deutsch, all new descriptions generated will be in Deutsch by default.
- For a specific product, you can override the setting to generate its content in English instead.
Notes
- Changing the language only affects newly generated content. Existing descriptions will not be updated automatically.
- If you switch languages, you’ll need to regenerate the content for it to apply in the new language.
