Setting Up StoreAgent
Getting started with StoreAgent is simple. Follow these steps to install and activate the plugin on your WooCommerce store.
Step 1: Install the Plugin
- Log in to your WordPress admin dashboard.
- Navigate to Plugins > Add New.
- In the search bar, type StoreAgent.
- Click Install Now and then Activate once the installation is complete.
Step 2: Connect Your StoreAgent Account
- Once activated, go to StoreAgent > Settings.
- StoreAgent requires a connection to your store to function. Click Connect Store and follow the prompts to authorize your store with your StoreAgent account.
Step 3: Turn On The Tools You Want
By default, some tools will be turned on already for you. You can always come to the StoreAgent agents page and toggle these on/off.
- Navigate to StoreAgent > AI Agents to see the available options.
- Enable the agents you’d like to use.
- Click the red “Inactive” button until it switches to the green “Active” button to activate the agent.
- Each AI tool has its own settings—customize them based on your store’s needs.
Step 4: Billing
StoreAgent works on a pay-as-you-go credit system.
- New users receive 500 free credits, equivalent to a few months of AI actions.
- If you need more credits it’s super simple, login to your StoreAgent account and top up manually.
Once you do, you’ll move to an auto-topup arrangement. You can turn this on/off and adjust which credit page you want to top up and when. It’s all in your account area under Credits.
Once setup is complete, StoreAgent will begin automatically assisting your store. You can monitor AI activity and adjust settings anytime.

Every new StoreAgent user receives 500 free credits, usually good for a couple of months of AI tasks depending on how heavily you use it. This allows you to explore the tools and see how they fit into your store’s workflow.
• Pay-As-You-Go Model
StoreAgent operates on a flexible pay-as-you-go model, allowing you to purchase credits only when needed. This ensures you’re only paying for what you use, making it a budget-friendly option for stores of all sizes. Each AI task consumes a specific number of credits, so you have full control over usage and costs.
• Topping Up Credits
If your credits run low, you can easily top them up through your StoreAgent account. Once done, you’ll move to an automatic top-up to avoid interruptions when running AI tasks.
