What is Your Refund Policy?

At StoreAgent, we believe in providing a fair and transparent refund policy. We understand that sometimes things don’t work out as planned. That’s why we offer refunds on unused credits within a specific timeframe.

If you’ve purchased credits but haven’t used them, you may be eligible for a refund. However, there are important conditions to keep in mind. Refunds are only available within 14 days of purchase. After this period, all sales are final.

We encourage you to review your credit usage before making a refund request. Our team is always happy to assist if you have any questions about your account.

When Can I Request a Refund?

  • Refunds are only available for unused credits.
  • The request must be made within 14 days of your top-up purchase.
  • You may cancel your plan at any time by disconnecting the activated stores in your account settings
  • You must contact our premium support team to process the request.


What is Not Eligible for a Refund?

  • Used credits cannot be refunded. Once credits are applied, they are non-refundable.
  • Requests made after 14 days will not be accepted.
  • Frequent refund requests may result in denial of future refunds and possible account suspension.

How Long Does a Refund Take?

Once approved, refunds may be processed immediately. However, it can take 5–10 business days for the credit to appear on your statement. This depends on your payment provider.


How Do I Request a Refund?

To request a refund, reach out to our premium support team. Provide details about your purchase, and we’ll review your request. If you meet the criteria, we’ll process the refund as soon as possible.
