What is Your Refund Policy?

At StoreAgent, we believe in providing a fair and transparent refund policy. We understand that sometimes things don’t work out as planned.

If you find that within 14 days of your new purchase, you require a refund, we are happy to give it as long as you get in touch with our support team to discuss the issue.

However, renewal payments are non-refundable.

How Long Does a Refund Take?

Once approved, refunds may be processed immediately. However, it can take 5–10 business days for the credit to appear on your statement. This depends on your payment provider.


How Do I Request a Refund?

To request a refund, reach out to our premium support team. Provide details about your purchase, and we’ll review your request. If you meet the criteria, we’ll process the refund as soon as possible.
