StoreAgent makes AI simple for store owners. Here's a guide on how our agents work, what they do, and how they do it.
We developed StoreAgent to be a companion for online store owners everywhere. It's a collection of AI agents that do things for you, sometimes completely autonomously, sometimes semi-autonomously meaning they need just a little bit of interaction from you or your customers.
You can think of an AI "agent" as like an employee that has been trained to be really good at doing just one thing. It's whole purpose in life is to do that thing over and over without getting tired, sometimes eliminating the need for you to do it ever again yourself.
An example of a StoreAgent agent is something like our Review Summaries agent. It's job is to monitor your product listings for reviews that your customers are leaving, being aware of any new reviews as well as previous reviews that have been left so that it can provide a helpful summary to your new potential customers.

It's doing all this behind the scenes for you automatically without any intervention from you the store owner. Your new customers love it because they no longer have to read through dozens of reviews just to understand the sentiment around a product.
StoreAgent is a SaaS (Software-as-a-Service) that works in combination with an implementation that we provide (eg. WooCommerce plugin, Shopify extension, Chrome extension, etc). We provide AI agents via these tools that do things for you as a store owner.
A good example is our WooCommerce plugin. It knows what agents that we provide work with the WooCommerce platform, giving you an interface to turn on the agents that you'd like to deploy.
When agent is turned on, it will start talking with our servers, letting your site work with the agent to fulfil it's goal. Each agent only stores what it needs for the time it's doing it's work.
Behind the scenes, we work with the latest LLM models, training them to do specific tasks. We take care of this aspect so you don't even need to know what an LLM is or need to interact with it directly in any way at all. Our goal is to make AI simple for store owners.
